Application for Headache: Headache is a serious medical problem. It is charecterized by pain or discomfort in one’s head or upper neck. People of all ages suffer from it frequently, making it one of the most common health issues. 

Due to their severity and accompanying symptoms, headaches can considerably affect our capacity to work or study. At times, it can relegate a person to bed rest and can cause severe loss in economic terms. A person is virtually unable to perform the simplest of daily tasks.

Due to the high prevalence of severe headaches, people are forced to take leave from work or school. As a result, people are required to write an Application for Headache to their superiors to get a leave. I hope that this letter finds you in good health. I, Lokesh Pal of Class VIII-B, am writing this letter to inform you that I have been suffering from a severe headache for the past two days. The Headache has been persistent and despite taking medication, I was unable to relieve myself from the pain. 

After consulting with my doctor, I have been advised to take rest for the next two days. Hence, I wish to inform you that I won’t be able to attend school for the next two days, i.e. on 15th April (Wednesday) and 16th April (Thursday). For these two days, I will be in contact with my classmates regarding the coursework and the assignments given. Kindly grant me leave for the above-mentioned period.

I have consulted with a doctor and upon a medication prescribed by him, I feel fine to resume my classes now. Kindly excuse me for the same.
