REET Full Form: REET stands for Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers. It is an exam conducted by the State Government of Rajasthan in which aspirants qualify for Teaching positions in State Government Schools. REET Full Form, as you by now already know, is the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers. The REET Exam is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education of Rajasthan (BSER), Ajmer. The REET exam is conducted to recruit qualified and eligible teachers for Primary State Government Schools for Classes 1 to 8.
The REET exam is only a qualifying exam. Qualifying for the REET exam does not guarantee you a job in State Government Schools. Qualifying for the REET exam simply means that you are now eligible to teach in primary classes of Government Schools.
As soon as the government schools release vacancies, you will have to apply for them. If you make it through the selection process, you will be able to teach primary school students. Also, after qualifying for REET, the certificate of qualification remains valid for 3 Years.
There are two levels in REET. Level 1 is for the eligibility of Teachers for classes 1 to 5. Level 2, on the other hand, is for the eligibility of Teachers for classes 6 to 8. A candidate appearing for REET can apply for either Level 1, Level 2 or both Level 1 and Level 2. Qualifications for both Levels are different and are listed below.
